ATMA is a registered society functioning under the Department of Agriculture, Government of Jharkhand, established to facilitate technology dissemination and extension services to farmers in Simdega District.

ATMA works in close coordination with Block Agriculture Coordinators (BAC), Farmer Advisory Committees (FAC), and various line departments to ensure effective delivery of agricultural services to farmers of the district.
